Captain America Bodyweight Workout

If you wanna look like a superhero, you have to train like one. Actor Chris Evans got bigger, stronger, and better by moving heavy weight at low reps. Stuff like squats, deadlifts, shoulder press, incline bench, weighted dips, and chin-ups. He spent a crazy 3 months going hard at the gym to the point of puking. He's a slim guy naturally, so it was that much more difficult for him to bulk up.

But you don't even need a gym membership to get as swole as Chris Evans did for The Avengers (and Winter Soldier). You can get Chris' ridiculous physique in the comfort of your own home. 

We came across this awesome poster that outlines the super simple workout training plan you can do using only your own bodyweight to achieve the Captain America body.
