FAQ

Here are some of our customers' more commonly asked questions--

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our compression shirts and pants are sourced in bulk from international suppliers, so our items usually arrive at your doorstep between 12-30 business days after you place your order. In extremely rare cases, it may take a bit longer. Factors such as bottlenecks in shipping and delays at customs may impact delivery time.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

We ship our gear from multiple locations overseas, so orders with multiple items may arrive separately and at slightly different times.

Why did I receive two separate tracking numbers?

Because we ship from multiple locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Each package is assigned a different tracking ID.

What shipping provider do you use?

You can expect to receive your package(s) through your local carrier (USPS if you are located in the US) once it passes through customs. Times will vary depending on multiple factors, including seasonality, backlog, and the speed of your local carrier.

How does compression gear work?

Compression gear works by squeezing your muscles. It’s a nice, snug, second-skin fit. As a result of the squeeze, your blood vessels are forced open, allowing an improved flow of blood — and, most importantly, oxygen — to the compressed muscle.

Before compression apparel became popular in sports and training, it was used to treat folks out there suffering from poor circulation. Athletes caught on and it became an explosive trend in sports.

Who typically wears compression apparel? Why sorts of activities and training regimens is it useful for?

Compression wear works for a wide range of activity levels and training regimens. Whether you’re an elite athlete or a weekend warrior, compression apparel can help you take your game to the next level.

How do I benefit from compression gear?

The increased oxygen flowing through your muscles effectively slows down the onset of fatigue and soreness during training. Basically, you don’t get tired as quickly, and you don’t get as sore in the days following a workout.

Is compression apparel different from ordinary spandex?

Yes. The difference comes down to the materials used in manufacturing. Compression apparel is typically manufactured with tighter elastic than your normal spandex shirts, pants, etc. so that it doesn’t stretch out as easily with repeated use.
