How Returns Work 

If your items...

Are Currently In Transit (<30 days) 

Pro Swole is unfortunately unable to offer refunds for items that have been in transit for fewer than 30 days (from when you placed your order). 

Are Currently In Transit (30-40 days) 

Pro Swole will extend a partial (50%) refund on the item or items within the order that are still in transit. 

Are Currently In Transit (40+ days) 

Pro Swole will extend a full (100%) refund on the item or items within the order that are still in transit. 

If you are currently in receipt of your item or items and wish to initiate a return for any reason... 

Send us an email (support@proswole.com) and tell us what your situation is. 

For defective items.. 

Send us a photo of the defect via email (support@proswole.com). Indicate clearly what's wrong with the item or item(s). Upon case-by-case evaluation, a refund will be extended. 

For size & other issues.. 

1. Reach out to us via email (support@proswole.com). Let us know what size replacement shirt you're looking for. 

2. Send the item to our NYC office location: 

1430 East 12th Street, Brooklyn New York 11230. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please include a printout of your order confirmation in the package for identification purposes. 

3. Upon receipt, we'll ship you out a replacement shirt.
